Thanksgiving and Sale Day Recaps

It had been a while before I've blogged about Pringles, Snake moved away three weeks ago, only to be replaced by Goose. A few days ago Goose sent me a letter explaining he was moving to another town and proclaimed his friendship. I met my new neighbor Roald who is a penguin I spent Thanksgiving with my family, but managed to play Animal Crossing briefly yesterday, Thanksgiving was the Harvest Festival and Franklin was hiding around town trying to avoid being spotted since he was the main course. Because last year I had retrieved all the Harvest Furniture, I managed to find Franklin 6 times and received 6 of the 12 Harvest Festival items. I quit my game and saved and spent Thanksgiving eating one of Franklin's brethren with side dishes of mashed potatoes, stuffing, some casseroles, rolls, macaroni and cheese and dessert which was apple pie, a pecan cake, pumpkin pie and brownies. Best Thanksgiving ever Today was Sale Day in Animal Crossing which is equivalent to Black Friday...

Happy Birthday

So, today was my birthday and I celebrated it by playing Animal Crossing for both Gamecube and New Leaf This morning when I played, I was greeted by Hank my chicken neighbor and he gave me a present. After he left and wished me a happy birthday. I checked my mailbox and noticed a bunch of letters there was one from Bluebear, one from Liz, one from Dizzy and one from Gaston. I also got three letters from the Museum and one letter from mom. Liz gave me a t-shirt for a present, I got another shirt from Bluebear, a piece of furniture from Gaston and a parasol umbrella from Dizzy. Mom sent me a birthday cake which I got last year. Hank's present turned out to be a Donkey Kong NES game so whatever. I saved my game shortly afterwards because I had other stuff to do. Overall I had a great birthday!

Maddie moves out and Bunny moves in!

At 7:45 AM, I turned on my Wii and put in the Gamecube Animal Crossing game. I noticed in my mailbox I had gotten mail so I answered it. There were two letters, one was an advertisement flyer from Tom Nook's store the other was a letter from my neighbor Maddie. Maddie's letter explained she was moving to greener pastures, and that she would miss me. It's strange because Maddie was only in my town for like 2 weeks. Unlike other Animal Crossing games Wild World, City Folk and New Leaf, the villagers in Animal Crossing GC won't tell you when they are moving until they send the letter. Even if they hint about moving away someday you can't stop them or tell them no. Eventually they will move away.  I set out to find my replacement villager and it wasn't long before I found her Bunny.  So Bunny is now my 15th villager in Animal Crossing, stay tuned for my blogging about Halloween I'll post pictures.

Welcome

Welcome to my new Animal Crossing Gamecube blog where I will be sharing my adventures in my gamecube Animal Crossing town Pringles as well as a second future town. My player name is Liz and I created Pringles on September 27, 2017 exactly one year tomorrow. I figured it would be easier to post photos and event recaps on a new blog than use my first blog Puppies. My Animal villager neighbors in Pringles are currently Gaston, Maddie, Hank, Hector, Liz, Elmer, Savannah, Snooty, Pecan, Pango, Bluebear, Sue E, Bea, Chief and Dizzy I will be updating who moves in and moves out in the future. I will also be recapping events like Toy Day, Harvest Festival, Halloween, etc. The next event is Halloween so stay tuned for details.
